Her Excellency the Right Honourable Julie Payette, Governor General of Canada, has recognized Gilles Desjardins for his numerous philanthropic achievements in the National Capital Region by presenting him with The Meritorious Service Decoration (Civil Division).
35th Annual Housing Design Awards Gala Brigil, finalist for 2018!
Brigil is pleased to announce its nomination for the 2018 Housing Design Awards. The 35th annual gala will be held Saturday, October 20th at the Shaw Center in Ottawa. Brigil was nominated in the category "High-Rise Building (10 storeys or more)" for the construction of the 460 St-Laurent building. This prestigious award, created by the Greater Ottawa Home Builder's Association, recognizes excellence in design and quality of several projects in more than fifty nominated categories.

2015 - Business of the Year for Outaouais Region, recognized by the Construction Association of Quebec
The Construction Association of Quebec has named Brigil - Business of the Year 2015 in the Outaouais region during its annual conference held in Mont-Tremblant. Each year during this event, the Recognition Banquet honors entrepreneurs that are ACQ members. The trophy was presented to Mr. Gilles Desjardins, president of Brigil, a company that has contributed greatly to the Outaouais economic growth.

2014 - BRIGIL named to the list of "Best employers of Canada"
For the second year in a row, BRIGIL has been named to the list of "Best employers of Canada" by Aeon Hewitt. BRIGIL ranks 38th in Canada and 5th in Quebec for businesses with between 50 and 399 employees.
Award ceremony for the ordre de Gatineau 2013
The award ceremony for the Ordre de Gatineau 2013 will be held at the end of May at the "Agora Gilles-Rocheleau de la Maison du Citoyen" in the presence of the mayor of Gatineau, the municipal council, dignitaries and guest of the recipients. The honorees are : Mr. Lawrence Cannon, Mr. Gilles Desjardins and Mr. Vincent Théberge.
