Brigil salutes future investment at Galeries de Hull

Gatineau, February 20th 2019 – Brigil real estate society is thrilled that Galeries de Hull’s owner, Cominar, is planning a project to fill out the 128,000 square feet left empty since former Sears store closed.

Brigil’s president, Gilles Desjardins, welcomes this news published Monday by LeDroit. "Any serious project on St-Joseph boulevard, such as road repairs, a new commercial offering at Galeries de Hull, the Bloome or our purchase of Village Cartier, is good news for our city. Therefore, I strongly encourage all the businesswomen and businessmen, all our politicians and the population, to keep their dreams alive and think big for Gatineau", says Mr Desjardins.

Cominar could make an announcement this Spring for the Galeries and Gilles Desjardins can’t wait to hear it.

"I have always admitted my dedication to my city and its development. I am a citizen of Gatineau before being an entrepreneur. So, if we can rebuild a very important boulevard in Gatineau together, it will be extraordinary", adds Gilles Desjardins, who confirmed, two weeks ago, that 288 luxurious condos tower Le Columbia will begin to rise this Summer, in front of Village Cartier.

Gilles Desjardins wishes the best of luck to Cominar and thanks again the City of Gatineau for its ambitious plan for St-Joseph Boulevard, the backbone of Hull sector.
