Brigil proudly announces an important acquisition: a 20-storey high-end tower in Ottawa

Brigil today announced a major acquisition: a large-scale project located at 929 Richmond Street in Ottawa's desirable Westboro area. The 20-storey, 176-unit high-end tower will join Brigil's prestigious Apogee Collection.

"This new community is in perfect harmony with our vision of offering a complete living environment to our residents," says Gilles Desjardins, founding president of Brigil. "With its many common areas, all-inclusive package, proximity to essential services and public transportation network, 929 Richmond promotes refined living comparable to hotel luxury at home."

Residents will be able to count on the same level of quality and service offered by Brigil since 1985. 929 Richmond will offer a secure community with many amenities including a complete fitness room, lounge, two outdoor terraces including a rooftop terrace, as well as privileged access to upcoming businesses that will be located on the building's first floor. In addition, a Brigil community manager will be on site to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Only 8.5 km from Parliament and directly across from a future light rail station, this acquisition expands Brigil's presence in Ontario and adds new rental units to its current inventory of nearly 4,500 apartments for rent in the National Capital Region.
